Will and wont's

● I will draw: Oc's, ships, fanart.
● I won't draw: NSFW, mechas, complicated designs, gore, furry.

General terms

Art usage: I, as the artist, retain rights to my own art to display them as commissions samples, portafolio, etc. However I will not post them upon request. You, as the commissioner, are allowed to post, edit, resize, crop or print the work as long it's for personal use. However you may not take credit for it or use it for NFT/IA related works.Edits: For most commission I will allow 4 small to medium changes without charge, those changes can be done during any of the following procedures: sketch, lineart, flat colors. Any extra changes or big changes will be charged accordingly.
For sketch comissions I will only allow 1 change and little color corrections.Finished piece: The commission will be sent via mail with full resolution or upload to a cloud service so you can have access to it. I will ask you to confirm upon receiving your commission.Refund policy: I will refund you completely if I haven't begun in your commission, after the first draft is sent I will refund the 50% deposit, or the 50% of the total if you paid upfront. After I finish the commission I will not do any refund.Aditional fees: If you wish to add another character I'll charge 50% of the base price per character. If something has an it's too complicated I'll add an aditional fee based on the initial price and the difficulty of the design. The incorportation or simplification of the design can be discussed

Payment

Payments will be made via paypal invoices or using a money transfer service from Chile.
For most commissions I'll ask for a 50% of the payment upfront before start working. On sketch comissions I'll ask 100% of the price upfront
